In this General Science course we will be utilizing Abeka’s Investigating God’s World 4th edition as our spine for the year. It covers a variety of subjects in science such as nature, mammals, light, earth’s treasures, the sea, energy and engines, wonders of the sky, the weather, and vertebrates. There will be some reading each week as well as comprehension questions they will answer in their Notebook Journal that I will supply for them. There will also be tests that they will need to study for after each unit. We will review in class before each test. This class is intended to help your upper elementary student prepare for JH. There will also be various activities and experiments throughout the year. Your student will need the book Investigating God’s World 4th edition for class which can be purchased through Abeka or Christianbook.com.
This is a year- long class with payment due at the beginning of each semester.

I will be taking an enrollment fee of $25 along with the $25 supply fee. The enrollment fee is included in the price of the tuition. You would only owe $100 for the remainder of the first semester and $125 for the second semester. Both the enrollment fee and supply fee are non-refundable.
