Tuition / Fees: $250.00 tuition ($125.00 per semester) + $25.00 Supply Fee per semester. An enrollment fee of $25 plus the materials fee of $25 is due within 2 weeks of registration and will come off of your tuition. Both the supply fee and enrollment fee are non-refundable and will hold your place in the class.
This is a fun and laid back class that allows your young student to enjoy a classic children’s story of literature and learn how to prepare foods that pair well with each story. We will read a new story each week and call to attention any specific food items or if no food is specifically listed we will look at the food of that country or area where the story is located. Your young literary chef will enjoy combining wonderful, and charming stories with delicious foods to create a wonderful memory. This is offered as an accompaniment to Tara McClure’s literature and art class, where your student will learn the art techniques in the stories they are reading for both classes. This combination will help for the students to retain the story for years to come and learn it’s rich lessons in a fun and hands-on way.
