(December 7th and April 3rd will be make-up days if needed.)

Fees: $360 tuition ($180.00 per semester). An enrollment fee of $60 is due within 2 weeks of registration for the semester. It will come off of your tuition for each semester, leaving $120 due the first class of each semester. The enrollment fees are non-refundable and will hold your place in the class. This helps to ensure class size and availability.
This is FULL year-long class.
Prerequisite: Algebra 1
Course Description:
In this high school level Geometry course we will be using curriculum from Math-U-See. We will cover points, rays, lines, set theory, types of angles and lines, polygons, perimeter and area, circles and ellipses, volume, radicals, Pythagorean theorem, transformations, and a brief introduction to Trigonometric functions. Students should have already successfully completed Algebra 1 prior to taking this course. Students will have daily assignments and should plan to spend an average of 30 -40 minutes daily. There will be quizzes and tests. Students will need to purchase the Math-U-See Geometry Student Workbook. Tutoring can be arranged when needed.

This is a year-long class. The class is worth 2 credits of Geometry/Math on a high school transcript.
